What is Prankster Products?
Prankster Products is intended to be a fun, joke based product website.
What are our products NOt USed for?
Anything illegal, dangerous, or could possibly cause harm or damage!
Do you use discrete packaging?
We only ship USPS priority mail which includes tracking- Here's what it looks like https://www.usps.com/ship/priority-mail.htm
What are your shipping policies?
All shipping is free and same day via USPS mail for orders placed by 3pm PST weekdays (12pm PST Saturdays). All order placed after the cut-off time go out the next business day.
Do you offer secure payments?
Yes. This website is built on a professional ecommerce platform, and all transactions are secure.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You are able to create an account for tracking purposes etc., but you do not need to create an account to place your order.
What is your cancellation/Refund policy?
All orders are 100% refundable if cancelled prior to shipping. Once the order is shipped, there are NO refunds.
Do you offer a Money back GUARANTEE?
No, not at this time.
Do you collect Taxes?
We are based in Arizona, and registered to collect taxes for all Arizona sales.
